RE:RE:SickeningMakes me wonder if this was why the share price got hammered so bad after the earnings release. Did management have this deal planned beforehand? (Kind of like before the Gold Ore merger, as in "why did Elgin's share price advance so much before they announced they were going to rip off, err,  I mean "merge" with Gold Ore"). Twenty five percent dilution to raise $5.4m, just another bad deal for Gold Ore shareholders. And Resolute, the former biggest Gold Ore shareholder, seems to be going along and even  instigating alot of it. They are into self mutilation I guess).
