whats the big deal?
They missed their filing period. Everybody is freaked because they think its gonna be bad news, but generally when its bad news a company will release the results as is and then restate them a couple weeks later so the bad news isn't such bad news. So I think were looking at better financials than we expected with a bonus NR about a signed contract.
