The phony financing to thwart shareholder democracy was move #1. I don't for a second believe that this debacle was all that our "SPECIAL COMMITTEE FOR ENHANCING SHAREHOLDER VALUE" has up their sleeve. There was a lot more spray paint on that "SPECIAL" meeting than a mere giveaway to friends financing would warrant.
It will probably get a lot uglier as the leeching barnacles get pried off the ship.
