10% Is alot to pay to a director

10% Is alot to pay to a director
10% Is alot to pay on a loan to a director. You would think that a director who is bullish and belives in their company wouldn't have to grind the company for top rate . To a company is struggling to make payroll a profit seems along way away . Sucking cash off the top hurts a small company they don't need Stock options and 10% loans they need people that work hard, belive in their company and want to earn a profit and support shareholders .JMHO
