RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:BTW...I highly recommend you read the posts by "Bitesr"Regarding the one million shares, I am not sure about last year, but record shows he did that in 2009 (https://www.llenergyinc.com/Environment.html).

Also shares is shares. It's not cash.

Being a finance manager, D Lee ought to know the implications and consequences of the assignment he did and he just went right ahead.  That tells me he is in pretty bad shape, financially, especially in various occassions (CC & ASM) Lee appeared to be shy away from being asked questions.  I myself do not feel comfortable.  So long as he ignores to produce an explanation to satisfy the public, LLEN may not get away from the shadow of future similar action by Lee to trigger possible harm to the share price of the Company. 

Lee ought to perform in the way that he be removed as a risk factor to the Company, as disclosed in SEC reports.  Best way is to not holding CEO & Chairman position concurrently.
