But wresling this away from FF is going to be difficult. FF has some kind of break fee built into their theft of BB.

With that out of the way I think the best possible prosumer buyer of this product is IBM.

It would be easy for IBM to take BB under their wing @ 1 IBM share to 10 BB. IBM would know what to do with the BB patent portfolio and what to do with the handset business. IBM is one of the leading business consulting and implementation firms to the Fortune 500, the DoD etc etc. IBM has done patent deals with DELL in the past and everyone knows how Lenovo made out with the IBM PC business.
