Well, it says, '...Guizhou Union Energy Shun Da Inventory and Transport Corporation and Guizhou Union Energy WuZhou Energy Development Corporation, which PREVIOUSLY owned 100% interest in both of the respective mines'
Previously owned --- means they (they subsidiaries which LLEN now owns 95%) no longer own 100% of those respective mines.   That's how I understand it.
