Nice to see some interest here.  I haven't looked into this company for quite some time, but I too have noticed the rise in sp.  I have enjoyed quite the yield for quite some time, and being in a TFSA, there is no tax disparity between different income types.

I wonder if there was simply uncertainty over their earnings covering payout, and perhaps that is now abating.  Just a thought.  It sure isn't a "newsy" kind of company.
