What the actual

RIC is now a 29$ bid ask spread. 31 to 60. Today 300 went at 40, 100 at 45. No idea why. But, should have bought more.

Like the shareholders list. Good income. Low pe. National has outperform and a 41 target. Their investments in Healthcare is interesting.  Bought a 1% weight.

Div policy

Interesting to see another acquisition. That aside, has management ever identified a clear dividend policy? In other words, do they target a specific payout ratio?
