concerning lack of communication

I posed some questions via email - no response.

Phoned and left a message with I.R. - no response.

phoned a receptionist, explained situation, and asked her to get the IR rep to respond to my original email. No response in weeks.

My experience with other publicy-traded firms tends to be that poor communication from I.R. speaks to overall professionalism of the organization.

Unfortunate, but that is enough to keep me out of the stock.

I have had luck sending emails directly to Mr. Gennarro (sp?) the CFO, but his responses are terse. I asked him why the contingent cconsideration was so large for Clarion, and he said they like to do acquisitions with cc because the business pays for its acquisition with its results (my paraphrase). I criticized a lack of disclosure about the cc for the latest Vision acquisition, saying it makes ...more
