All I can say right now is the good thing about this additional article is that it provides more questions for the Independent Special Committee to investigate in details.   

LLEN is still struggling to pump the stock by putting out PR of immaterial development (well, at least clean energy is not the priority).  The Companyand Dickson should really focus its efforts in getting the facts straight with the Committee.
