Armenia is not Ecuador, mind youArmenia has had historically a great intelligentsia and a strong diaspora all over Europe and the States. These armenians have lobbyed in the whole world for the 1915 genocide to be acknowledged as such.
Many countries and the European Parliament have done so since 1987.
Only roughly 3 million armenians live in their land, out of a population of 11 million.
You must understand the situation of Armenia: on one hand, the necessity to defend its borders which ties it to Russia, on the other hand the determination to access to Europe economically and politically.

I don't think the armenians are in the position to break european investments on their land, let alone play foul like in some south american countries.
As Simmons pointed here,EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction an Development) and other european banks are a great part of the investment in LYD at much higher prices than the current one.
Nothing is for granted of course but careful geopolitical analysis can help you in your investment.
