EOM signed the farmin with Providence in 2006 and had a drilling commitment under the Exploration Licence to drill by Nov/13. The Eirik Raude rig was contracted by EOM to move from African Petroleum's drilling program in Liberia blocks 8 & 9 in early 2013 up to Ireland to drill the Dunquin well to drill in the summer and meet the licence obligation. Its back in Sierra Leone now, drilling for Lukoil who had an obligation to spud a well by I believe September. In relative terms there are not a lot of rigs capable of drilling in these deep water depths and meeting the timing of licence commitments on deepwater blocks is all about rig scheduling and sharing of rig slots.
