I agree with Specul8orI mainly invest in NEX listed companies for many years specifically for these special RTO situations, Heck, even my Stockhouse alias nick name is RTO!! Just like another one on my list wnx.h (not recommending, just saying) is another exemple of a play with a clean balance sheet, trades at a discount to cash, huge operating loss carryforwards and a majority shareholder with a ton of credibility. These are very, very difficult to find, hours & hours of research but made much easier for me since they decided to "basket" them all into the NEX listings.
