Arianne Phosphate Inc. is a Canada-based development-stage phosphate mining company. Why would someone keep a lid on the stock

Iy is obvious that someone keeps placing stock up for sale. Logic would dictate that if you wanted the best price for the stock you would try and make people pay up for it. We do not think the stock is commming from shorters as that would be pretty risky before the BFS. Any opinions
