If you go back and read the last few post that I post it's all there and more, there is a lot of push in Norway to get this done.

"ScanMag becomes a shareholder in NCM to access the technology, expertise and know-how to build a magnesium plant in Glomfjord which we hope will be completed during 2015. NCM returns in a shareholder in SMA allowing both companies to leverage each other's industrial expertise and know-how together to build up a capacity of magnesium. SMA participates with NCM to build a similar plant in the United States as soon as you have finished the project in Glomfjord"
