The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

IBM Gets US Gov't Approval Hello All,

Here is an article re: IBM getting US government approval for providing cloud based services.

Note the statement made in the seventh paragraph near the end of the article:

"The approval comes on the heels of a number of announcements in recent days by IBM, including a series of recently and soon-to-be-released big data analytics services and capabilties."

Could this be the IBM - SVC partnership discussed in the 3Q conference call?
