The only reason to bring in institutional investors at this point in the MAA saga would be to raise capital. Frankly, if they can afford this project without giving up a piece to someone else, it would be pointless to go splitting the eventual profits on such a sure thing project.

Evergreen aren't going to spend money to raise the share price to sell a piece of the company. I'm more worried about further dilution on shares.
