RE:DingyiDingyi offer for ELM should have no bearing on MAA. Dingyi is simply trying to position itself to cash in on the massive developement that is taking place in the POINT NOIRE area.When the tearms of the debt financing have been reached then the stock will move. I however believe that these two companies will be amalgamated in the future as it makes no sense to do every thing twice.
