Hi everyone
My thoughts on the value of the new ResourceCo should be over $1.28/share as that's what they have in cash and operating budget alone when they hit the ground running!
Now add some value in for their holdings a $1.80 - $2.00 share value should be realized in no time?

Please correct me if I'm wrong in this assumption.
