I took a look at UVXY.  52 week high $292.00 and 52 week low $19.77. Good grief!!!! A trader could have become very wealthy by just shorting the heck out of this thing if its available to short. Thats probably the safest bet with these ETFs, wait for the VIX to hit 20 and start shorting it.
