RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:I've gone through the financials in detail.Any idea on the short situation? My guess is that the US may be shorting this (as they initially did with HCG) figuring that the Canadian home prices are overvalued.  Hopefully, CXS will reverse the trend shortly and crush them as HCG did.  IMHO, this is an excellent bargain at this price, just wating for the knife to stop falling. GLTA
