Old Rule: When people/entities are SELLING is a good time to buy. I did just that. Checked some history, looked at the current trend, as a Yankee I compared pricing in Toronto to New York, convert CA price to usds' ( small print intended), make a W.A.G. on where the market MIGHT go, and put in a LIMIT bid close to that point, and wait to see if the "fish bite", they did. By the close of business I had recovered 10 cents per share of the purchase price, and my BID was not at the LOW of the Day. NEVER LET HICCUPS SCARE YOU OUT OF MAKING FINANCIAL MOVES.
