According to the last AGM it was decided that all shares are cancelled, then reinstated and given to one share holder. This share holder has all the shares, nobody else has any shares. Thats how I ...more

We didn't. Canadians got f'd over on this, hence he asking if anyone knows a good lawyer that deals with this stuff so we can launch a class action.

I am with TD as well and my shares are definitely no longer in my account... under "activity" Eagle Energy Inc DFNCT- 112,500.....$0.00 WTF!
