RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:AGM I have a different take on this.

1.  Dundee and NG would want industry people at the AGM. With their reputation, a simple call from these guys will have analysts, brokers et al, all attending.

2.  Timing is everything. Why would they issue the news as significant as the financing now when we are so close to tax loss selling season? Doesn't make sense. I would do it in Jan/14. Perhaps an announcement on the new CEO may happen.

3.  I agree with others on the Options being approved at the AGM first before anything else happening. This would tie in with point 2 above.

Thus the sellling pressure.
