RE:FCU AMW. Swap and votingYou shouldn't be concerned but go ahead and vote your FCU shares FOR. You won't get a vote for the AMW shares as u weren't a shareholder of features order on Oct. 23.  the FCU vote is for the spinoff of fcu spinco. Only amw shareholders vote on its takeover by fcu. I'M more thinking a 95 percent vlte for.
