The Global Licensing comprises royalties from owned IP and through its brand partnerships as well as commissions earned from its licensing agency business. The Canadian Television Broadcasting segment operates the Family broadcast channels in Canada.

RE:Stabilizing

Sure you can dilute your share base if your earnings can back it up. Lowering your EPS by printing shares is not a good thing especially if you don't have the market cap to back it up. The fact that this stock never moved back to the $3.60 level is positive but I am not sure it is sustainable. I think general market malaise will start to creep in and it will move back to the offering price.

Guess we shall see.
