Dreaming in technicolour - that's awesome.  And I agree.  Since he owns so much and probably has a handshake deal with Agrium he can afford to wait and not give ANYthing to shareholders.   That is until someone or insitution starts buying up shares and playing chicken with him.  I guess the only real price catalyst is a price catalyst.  If CEO sees that prices are going up (not down) he wil probably make an offer.  Maybe he will make a deal where Agrium will fund him with convertible debs...
