It provides customers with supply chains through investment in regional feeder ports and inland freight hubs.

Saw your comment before market opened, and had to agree with you. Sold my position at the end of last week.
Thought to myself this morning after reading news release about layoffs and thought " boy glad I sold". Maybe oportunity to buy back at lower price.
Go figure, what happens?.....price goes up!
Guess this was somehow a good news story. I have no clue.
