It is easy. During the last PP Finsky bought too many shares. By the Act of the stock exchange he would have to make a takeover bid with his amount of shares that he owns. he came to the regulations with the exchange that he will give 2.2 mio shares back to the exchange and will donate any profits to RMN which this selloff creates
And that is what we see at the market now. We see the selloff of that shares which brings the stock down in value of the stock.
