1) Appointed his wife to the board
2) They granted themselves millions of dollars in stock options at pennies per share
3) Received a "loan" from WOF to pay for those options
4) Sold all his shares that he got for free while going on BNN TV pumping up WOF saying that a deal was close with IMC ( a Warren Buffet company )
 
Also,  Brian routinely misstated information to  make WOF look better than it was and was caught MANY times...
