If funding comes it will move very fast but if not the company folds.
I mentioned this on another board as a very risky pure 50/50 gamble. I made a bet in late November that funding comes and glad I did but could not believe that I alone, at $0.012 and $0.013 for 1M shares, did not shift the price on one of its biggest volume days.
Nothing wrong with the assets or management and I see no reason for lack of funding.
Still a very risky play and funding is not here yet.
