take-overNot wanting to produce speculation, but has the company ever been the subject of a potential takeover?    With such high management ownership I suspect a TO would be easily blocked or quicky accepted if terms were favourable.  I am only speculating because it is a tad odd the December update never materialized and IR has been fairly mute.  Has there ever been interest in SOG's lands?
