1, Drill results:
My question still stands and of course EGX are obligated to report them but they could have included a very simple comment such as, for example, "further assays are awaited for the remaining holes in the current 3,000mtr drill program" and not left shareholders in the dark.
Afterall, EGX have commented in this way when reporting previous drill results: "Assays are awaited for four drill holes DSB-28 to DSB-31"

Despite own 30% shareholders have been left in the dark since they eagerly announced the JV way back in November 2012. Only now do they feel the need to update shareholders (as implied by Nassau1) and I think I played a big part in that because of the facts I posted on this board regarding the poor drill hole in November 2012, the missed 10,000mtr drill program planned for Q4 2013 and CPA's auditor expressing concern about the ability for CPA to continue as a going concern.
Obligations and as you have stated "responsibility and accountability" should be considered for all their assets and not only the ones they chose to report. Shareholders have a 30% stake in Chinapintza so let them know about it.
