I think you're going to be disappointed. I don't think the share price will ever break $3.00 if production is at 1.2 million. If they wanted to buy us out now, I doubt they would offer more then $0.50. It all depends if they want to leave the company on the TSX or not. Their previous statements have made it clear they want to remain listed. But things can change. They would only need a few more % to get the the 90% threshold to make the transition to private easy. Don't expect a moonshot offer.
