Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) operated in New Zealand and Empresa de Telecomunicaciones NuevaTel (PCS de Bolivia), S.A. (NuevaTel) operated in Bolivia. Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

This is some more good news but I wonder why they released it after the market closed. Hmm
Either way it should support the recent price movement Wednesday.
As for the way things are unfolding I think the plan was made long ago and now being executed. Someone decided it was time to uncork this bottle of champagne. I will say I bought another 5K Monday and glad I did. Wasn't sure how far this would have gone. It was a long stressful wait but I think this is what I was looking for and hopefully the stock will react to postive news the way one would expect it too. The NDA new release was disappointing so there is lots of making up to do.
Having said all that - it ain't over till the money is in the bank
