I just checked the website and noticed the news release regarding the AGM back in December. https://www.americanconsolidatedminerals.com/s/NewsReleases.asp?ReportID=616608&_Type=News-Releases&_Title=Results-of-AGM So Sipthorpe is gone (only lasted a couple fo months) and Gerry Arca is the interim CEO..until they can find a new one...maybe someone who can perform a miracle and bring this company back to life. deet
