I would imagine that a settlement in the lawsuit should be imminent considering it must make it difficult to conduct business and maintain schedules reguarding the launch of Pennsaid 2%. This could be a catalyst to pole vault this to the next stage and is likely a big part as to why it is being held back.
Has anybody found any legal info for a court date that might be online for public view?
