Claugus bought...Big deal!!!he can afford to buy a dog that he is running as well as taking a huge pay roll from...i've seen lots of insider buys and most are nothing more than market noise to try and bolster a stock as they dump their positions on the other end...he buys 4 million to make a market and then dumps 16 million...nothing new to the stock market...if he takes it private he is not going to pay shareholders a premium...ive experienced that before also and you basically get shafted as it's take it or else as they will surely pass it through a vote...when you have been sifting down to 25 cents for over a year a 75 cent offer starts to look good...
remember they just said all the same things about CSI and look at it now...belly up...
