Just a little blog to follow up my $0.60 rule letter back in February. If you notice... following my rules OPL.V is a confirmed SELL while KLH.V is a confirmed buy. Pretty simple eh? Penny stocks follow simple little rules and this is one that I have noticed over the years which will help you pick good entry points, save capital and know when to take profits on a runner.
