RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Exploration permitsBut in this case, he is carful to give a non-answer, neither yes not no.  If there is substance to the idea, that does not mean he has a signed agreement in hand.  Talks may be happening, but that does not mean there is a final agreement or that there will be.  It is a titalating unknown right now.  Personally, I would put it above 50/50, but not necesarrily nxt wk or even soon.  Don't hold your breath, but it may come eventially, sooner or later.
