XME to followSteve told me too that they would be flying VTEM Survey over all of there property, but he said they DID NOT NEED A JV to do it.  I agree a JV would be nice & I hope you're right about it, but Steve went to lengths to spell out that he should not be interpreted as saying anything about JVs.  So maybe, but maybe not.  We shall see, won't we?
