More Bad News

More Bad NewsI heard the company may have to restate its 2013 Q3 financial statements. Didn't account for some 'material' liabilities properly. Understated its Liabilities, overstated its liquidity. Could be a C-SOX violation. This is very serious. For the record: I am not a shareholder.
