THESE ARE VERY SERIOUS CHARGES AGAINST A SENIOR GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL  WHOM I HAVE KNOWN TO BE " MR CLEAN " DURING THE TIME THAT HE WAS MINISTER OF TOURISM .
