If there is, repeat IF, an insider with information is moving MASSIVE amounts of shares.....isn't that insider trading that would result in a full blown investigation of the party and the party(ies) that provided the information?

I certainly hope and trust that this is not the case but a "Strange situation that is occurring which is highly unusual in the trading practices, of, a publicly traded company,which is experiencing higher than normal volumes" and really do wish any and all parties, continued success.
