Financials due for quarter 4

Anybody have some thoughts on how this quarter's financials will be? Also, share price has moved up in the last week so is that an indication of better results coming? I have not followed this stock for quite a while so am in the dark somewhat. Maybe someone can enlighten me on what they see happening.
