You may well be right. Regardless, when a publicly traded company does a divestiture they typically need to be transparent on the sale.
When you look at the highligts in the last MD&A, you can read the following regarding the sale to Petrolia and Maurel & Prom which is also very vague:
"Gastem maintains the Miguasha permit and the right to continue operations in the Gaspe Peninsula if warranted and if conditions improve"
What the heck does this mean???
Again a little transparency would be nice - this is simple Corporate Governance!!!
