Not only that, its technically bullish also beacause of the CUP and handle formation, that s 2 bullish indicators, plus the crossing of the 200 day MA, same as for gold, it has never looked better timing wise, Elgin is undervalued by 50% as per book value and we are not accounting for the future increase in production, the lower cost and higher grades and the rising gold price, even if gold goes back down to 1200$ Elgin will still outperform , if you are looking for the bargain, remember buy low sell high, there is NO other way to make money. I recommended ORA.to last week at around 11 ,12 cents, it hit 20 cents yesterday, but the initial run is done for now I think. Elgin will reach 40 cents in a very short period and keep rising afterward with the price of gold.
