Until I realized that all they ever have to issue is negative news...plant delays, trial failures, partnership dissolution, outrageous loans, absurd financings and on and on and on...
This is a company that has successfully managed to move from Canada's largest animal pharma, with a major P3 partner, to a near broke pre clinical, junior micro cap, forced to sell its only profitable asset due to debt and legacy obligations oozing from everywhere... in less than 2 years.
Accomplishments like that are usually rewarded by the market.
Since Endo took global rights to Urocidin several years ago, the only news release that has lead to a 5% + green close was a dissident movement release using words like "Sham", "prejudicicial to shareholders", " ongoing failure" and "wealth destruction".
How many NRs have negatively impacted the SP by 5%+ in the last 5 years? 15, 20, maybe 30?
