RE:RE:What if Management does something smart!Teck and Antofagasta together ?  Seems doubtful.

If there is upcoming equity financing, it would like involve effectively selling 25% of DM. Very Dilutive as you mention

At the end of Sept DM had $18 million in cash. A low estimate of the cash costs for the 4th quarter would be $8.5 million( explor-1.1,G&A 2.4 and Twin Metals 5), leaving an optimistic estimate of $10 million available for 2014.  An estimated $39 million would be required for 2014;  Twin Metals JV requiring $20million and exploration and gen admin requiring $19.

With these rough estimates about $ 30 million of new money would be required (interestingly about the same as the nominal $30 million raised last April 2013 with a convertible debenture issue, when DM shares were trading between $1.90 and $1.50.)

At current share prices of 75 cents raising $30 million with a share issue, if it were practically possible, would mean current shareholders would have to give up more than 25% of their interest in DM.

Big issues, I hope we hear something from managment soon, at least before the stock price gets below 60cents.
